Seam to seam.
B. UNDERARM WIDTH
From seam to seam (underarm intersection).
C. WAIST WIDTH
Taken at each end of the garment waist.
D. TOTAL LENGTH
Taken from the highest to the lowest point of the garment.
E. SLEEVE LENGTH
Taken from the top of the seam to the end of the sleeve.
