Return & Refund policy
At the house of By Louise, We are committed to fully satisfy our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the order.
We will reimburse you the amount paid for the purchase of the item, directly on the account you used during the purchase. You receive reimbursement on your means of payment within 15 days from the date of receipt of the items.
We retain € 8 on the total amount for shipping costs in mainland France. For the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Portugal, we retain € 10, and for Switzerland and the United Kingdom, we retain 14 €. For our clients with "audacieuce" status in our loyalty program, we offer the return costs. We therefore invite you to consult our loyalty program to find out more about the exclusive advantages that we offer.
All returned items will be the subject of an inspection. They must be not used, not worn, unwanted, with the original label and in their initial state. Any article returned which would be incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
For an exchange, just return the article you do not want to keep, and place a new order directly on our site with the desired items (s). This allows us to guarantee you the immediate availability of the products, and to speed up the processing of your new order.
