I wish to modify or cancel my order

Please note that once the order processed and shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
Once received, you will have to return the package to us via our Return gate.
I did not receive a confirmation email from my order
If you have not received a confirmation email, do not hesitate to check your spam. Otherwise, you can contact us at contact@bylouise.fr. We will verify that your order has been taken into account and we will provide you with the information relating to your order.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER ?
Once the package is shipped, you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can trace your order by logging into your account.
What is the origin of manufacturing your products?
At the house of By Louise, 80% of our parts are designed in France.
